URGENT #MISSING: Kenneth "Ken" Freeman, 51 - Everett, WASHINGTON (suffers from emotional disorder - drives a 1999 Dodge Ram pickup with WA plate B68844R)

A 51-year-old Everett-area man has been reported missing from his home in the 14100 block of Fifth Place W.

The Snohomish County Sheriff's Office on Thursday sent out a bulletin asking the public for help.

Kenneth "Ken" Freeman has not been seen or heard from since Nov. 8, and his family is concerned. Freeman suffers from emotional disorder.

He is described as 5-foot-8 and about 240 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair.

Freeman drives a 1999 Dodge Ram pickup with Washington plates, B68844R.

Anyone with information should call 911.
