RICHLAND COUNTY, SC (WIS) - A Richland County woman and her 10-month-old were found safe Friday after going missing, the Richland County Sheriff's Department said.

Mercedes Moore left her Lake Carolina residence Thursday with her 10-month-old daughter, Kristen Moore, Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott said.
