VULNERABLE #MISSING: William Lindsey, 48 - Teaneck, NEW JERSEY (Developmentally disabled - known to frequent New York City)

Police are asking for the help of the public in finding a 48-year-old developmentally disabled man who disappeared from his home on July 25.

Acting Chief of Police Robert A. Carney described the man, William Lindsey, as 5-foot-9, 130 pounds, with a scar over his left eye. He wears his salt-and-pepper graying hair in dreadlocks, usually wears glasses and typically dons a hat or cap, but usually a sports cap. He is known to frequent New York City.

Carney asked that anyone seeing Lindsey call the Teaneck police at (201) 837-2600 or any local police department.
