The Anchorage Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a missing child last seen early this morning.
In a written statement, APD said 10-year-old James Kochergin was last seen at his residence on Snow View Drive near 80th Avenue around 1 a.m. this morning.
James was last seen wearing an orange hoodie, jeans, black and grey tennis shoes and a blue backpack. He may be on a bicycle. He is described as 4'6″, 100 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
APD requests that anyone with information on his whereabouts call police dispatch at 786-8900.
