San Bernardino County Sheriff's officials said a 58-year-old Victorville man has been declared missing.
Adrian Hernandez was last seen on July 26. Authorities said a missing persons report was filed three days later on Aug. 1.
Sheriff's officials said Hernandez was reported to be mentally disabled and talks to himself. He is Hispanic, with gray hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call 911 or the Victorville Sheriff's Station at 760-241-2911.
