URGENT #MISSING: Frank Williams, 52 - Dover, NEW YORK (needs medical attention)

State police are asking for the public's help to locate a man who went missing the day after he was transferred to an adult home to Dover.
Police said Frank Williams, 52, left from Crystal House Manor, a long-term care facility, about 9 p.m. on Aug. 8. Police said he is in need of medical attention.
He was reported missing last week and state police are now asking for the public's assistance to find him. Police said Williams transferred to the home Aug. 7 from Putnam Nursing & Rehab Center in Holmes, Putnam County.
Williams is black male, about 5-feet-8 and approximately 185 pounds.
