ENDANGERED #MISSING: Frank Lavin, 46 - Middletown, PENNSYLVANIA (Challenged)

A mentally challenged Middletown man is missing and the Pennsylvania State Police have listed him as endangered.
Frank Joseph Lavin, 46, is a resident of Elwyn but stays with a care provider elsewhere in the township as part of the facility's Life Sharing Program. The care provider has not seen Lavin since Aug. 20 at 8:30 a.m. According to the state police, Lavin is mentally disabled but can function normally.
This is the first time in six years that he hasn't returned home in a timely manner, police said.
Lavin is known to frequent several locations in Delaware County, especially the Granite Run Mall, Hannum's Harley-Davidson, Tyler Arboretum and Ridley Creek State Park in Middletown, as well as Harrah's Casino in Chester and locations in Media and Aston.
He is usually seen riding a gray Diamondback bicycle with a black basket on the right side and wearing a silver and red bicycle helmet.
Anyone with information regarding Lavin's whereabouts should contact the Pennsylvania State Police Media Barracks at 484-840-1000.
