SILVER ALERT: Phillips Brooks, 81 - East Windsor, NEW JERSEY (driving a red 2006 Subara Forrester Wagon with plate ZTS-47Y - may be experiencing confusion and short term memory loss)

An 81-year-old East Windsor man was reported missing Saturday night by concerned family members who said he has recently experienced short-term memory loss and confusion, according to a statement from the township's police department.
Phillips Brooks of the Meadow Lakes Retirement Community on Etra Road was reported missing Saturday at 6:38 p.m., the statement said. Family members said Brooks was last seen driving a red 2006 Subaru Forrester Wagon from his residence at about 9:15 a.m. on Friday, according to the statement. His license plate is ZTS-47Y.
A Silver Alert Notification has been issued by the New Jersey State Police.
Brooks is described as a 5-foot-7 white male with white and balding hair, 160 pounds and last seen wearing glasses, a maroon colored jacket with a gray collar and dark colored pants.
Anyone who comes in contact with Brooks or the above described vehicle is asked to contact the East Windsor Police Department at (609) 448-5678.
