The Houston County Sheriff's Department is issuing a missing/endangered person alert for 38-year-old Anthony Lee Fails.
Fails was last seen leaving his home in the Lovetown Community on September 9. Authorities report he was in a depressed state at the time he left.
Fails is possibly driving a green 1994 Ford F250 truck with AL license plate 38B41D1.
Fails is known to frequent bridges and boat landings and authorities say he may be in possession of an AR15 rifle and a .380 handgun.
Fails is 6 feet tall and weighs 145 lbs. He has green eyes and brown hair.
If you know where Fails is or have any contact with him, you're asked to call the Houston County Sheriff's Office at (334)677-4807 or (334)899-1111 and ask for Investigator Robert Hopkins with Criminal Investigations.
