The Sacramento Sheriff's Department needs help in finding a missing woman who is considered to be at-risk.
Norene Borsey, 64, suffers from dementia and another serious medical condition, according to a sheriff's department press release. She was last seen in the 8300 block of Summer Falls Circle near Power Inn and Gerber roads at noon Thursday.
Borsey is described as white, 5 feet 1 inch tall, about 140 pounds, with short, curly blonde hair and blue eyes. When last seen, Borsey was wearing a long-sleeved turquoise shirt and tan pants.
