Fulton County police are looking for a 45-year-old missing man.
Anthony Lamar Howard has not been seen since he left his College Park residence Wednesday around 8:30 p.m.
─>Howard was shot in the head several years ago and suffers from diminished mental capacity, police said.
─>He is described as a black male, 6 feet tall and 160 pounds, with short black hair, brown eyes and a large scar on his forehead. He was wearing a black heavy jacket, blue jeans, a black baseball cap with an “A” on the front, and gray “G-Unit” high-top tennis shoes.
