CRITICAL MISSING MAN: Raymond Zakrzewski, 61 - Pleasantville, NEW JERSEY (NEED MEDICATIONS - has a cardiac condition)

The Pleasantville Police Department is attempting to locate a person who suffers from medical needs.

─>Police say that Raymond Zakrzewski is a resident of a supervised living program and is monitored and medicated accordingly. Zakrzewski is also regularly administered medications for a cardiac condition.

─>Medications have not been administered to Zakrzewski since the date of last contact.

No signs of foul play where found at residence of Zakrzewski and he has, in the past, had similar incidents of walking away from his residence.

A photo ID card for Zakrzewski was found at his home, and it is unknown if he carries any form of secondary identification.

During incidents in the past, where Mr. Zakrzewski gone missing, he has been located at Atlanticare Regional Medical Center, City Campus hospital, the A.C. Rescue Mission, and casinos.

A recent check of the area hospitals and rescue mission have no record of him.

─>Zakrzewski was last seen wearing a black watch cap, black pants and a "puffy" green coat. He also wears dark framed prescription glasses, and is described as having very large feet.
