State police have issued an amber alert after two children were abducted from their daycare center by their grandmother, police said.

Ashton, six months, and Alton Perry, 1, were last seen at 2:30 p.m. Police believe they were taken by their grandmother, Debra Denison.

Denison was last seen wearing a grey hoodie and blue jeans and a brown aviator jacket. She is believed to be operating a white 2002 Chrysler Town and Country van with the license plate 445-ZAZ.
