Weeks after a Bartlesville man went missing, investigators and family members of of 62-year-old Tim Hauser fear the worst.
Hauser was last seen leaving the Osage Casino west of Bartlesville with two others in the early morning hours of August 9.

Rusty Petty and Trysta Shaffer, a man and a woman suspected of leaving with Hauser, are in the Osage County jail on robbery charges.

"We believe the individuals who Mr. Hauser left the casino with robbed him, and at some point in time during this robbery Mr. Hauser was met with some great bodily harm that was probably very serious," said Osage County Sheriff's Office chief investigator Charlie Cartwright.
Now weeks into the investigation, Cartwright says the probability of Hauser being alive is unlikely.
"The chances are very slim that Mr. Hauser would still be alive and this point," he said. "In reviewing the crime scene and in reconstructing it, I believe the injuries that he sustained that evening -- it would have been difficult for a man with his disabilities and age to walk away and survive."
Cartwright believes Hauser died on a county road between the casino and Bartlesville. Hauser's family tells 2NEWS there has been no activity on his bank and no communication with his family and friends since he disappeared.
Investigators still hope someone with knowledge of the case will come forward and murder charges to follow.

Cartwright says a third suspect will also likely be charged.

Anyone who have information that can help is asked to call the Osage County Sheriff's Office at 918-287-3131.
