State police are asking for the public's help as they continue to search for a 45-year-old man reported missing by his parents on Tuesday.
Police said in a press release that Keith R. Gill, 45, was last seen at a cottage on Loon Lake in Chestertown early Sunday morning. His vehicle, a blue 1999 BMW with Pennsylvania license plates, was located Monday, parked off Peasley Road in the town of Crown Point. He was staying at the cottage with family, police said.
State police, state Department of Environmental Conservation officers, forest rangers, the Essex County Sheriff's Department, the Ticonderoga Police Department and the Crown Point Fire Department are currently search the Peasley Road area near where Gill's vehicle was found.
Keith R. Gill, 45, is a white male, about 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing approximately 230 pounds with blond hair and hazel eyes.
Anyone with information is asked to call Lewis-based state police at 518-873-2750.
