Authorities are searching for a missing man in Carlisle, Cumberland County.

Police say 29-year-old Joseph Seifert was last seen in the Newville area on Thursday, Feb. 25.

"PSP Carlisle is attempting to locate the above individual to check on his welfare. Mr. Seifert is described as a white male 5'10'', 130 lbs., long brown hair, and blue eyes with glasses. He is possibly wearing khaki cargo pants, a black T-shirt and a brown leather jacket.

He is driving a 2012 blue Honda Civic PA registration #JRF5717.

Mr. Seifert was last seen on 02/25/16 at approx. 0600 in the Newville area.

Any person with information about Mr. Seifert should contact PSP-Carlisle at 717-254-4701."
