Baltimore City Police are searching for a missing man who was last seen at Penn Station.
Police report that 26-year-old was last seen on December 31 around 10:30 p.m. getting off a Marc train that had come from Washington D.C. His family is concerned for his well being.
Fowler is described as being an African-American man who is 5'8" and 205 pounds. He was last seen wearing a light blue uniform shirt, and Khaki pants.
Anyone with information on Fowler's whereabouts should call 410-396-2444 or 911.
