Isaiah Patrick is a U.S. Air Force Veteran who has not been seen or heard from since February 22, 2015 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Patrick may be in serious emotional distress and in need of medical attention.
Isaiah is being sought by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department's Missing Person Detail and was last seen at approximately 3 AM in the morning of February 22, 2015 near the 7600 South Block of Rainbow Boulevard in Las Vegas. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is asking for all hospitals to check their registries and to notify the police immediately if they have Isaiah Patrick in their care. (HIPPA permits disclosure upon request by law enforcement and is authorized pursuant to 45 C.F.R. section 164.512)
Isaiah Patrick was 27 when he went missing on February 22, 2015. Isaiah is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs approximately 150 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and a scar on his chest. Isaiah Patrick was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, blue windbreaker and combat boots.
