Unique: Paul may walk with a limp and smokes Pall Mall cigarettes. 

Circumstances: Paul stayed mostly at homeless shelters. He was last seen on the corner of North Main Street and Washington street in Concord, New Hampshire on February 20, 2014. Paul typically has long gray beard and is known to carry a backpack. 

Paul's family has not heard from him since the end of February 2014 which is unusual for Paul. His family is very worried. They love and miss him very much and want him home.
