CRITICAL #MISSING: Justin William Pelletier, 31 - San Antonio, TEXAS (needs medical attention - driving a gray 2007 Nissan Sentra with plate CXW4488 - last seen at Residence Inn Marriott)

Police are asking the public for help locating a man who went missing Saturday.

Justin William Pelletier, 31, was last seen at the Residence Inn Marriott in the 1000 block of North Loop 1604 East. He has a scar on his right temple and is missing two front teeth on the upper left side of his mouth and also another tooth on the bottom, left side of his mouth.

He is 6 feet tall and weighs about 240 pounds. His hair is short and brown, his eyes are brown and he wears a mustache.

At the time he was last seen, Pelletier was wearing a dark brown, button-up shirt, black pants and black, Sketcher shoes. He was driving a 2007 gray Nissan Sentra, with the license plate CXW4488.

According to police, Pelletier has a medical condition that has severely affected his mental capacity. He is under a doctor's care and requires medical attention.
