On Friday, February 20, 2015, at approximately 11:45 AM, the complainant, 33 year old Joseph Harris was last seen at his residence on the 4800 block of Parkside Avenue.
Joseph is 5'6″, 115 lbs, with a thin build, brown eyes, a dark complexion, and a short black afro; last seen wearing blue jeans, burgundy thermals, a green windbreaker and gray sneakers.
Joseph has intellectual disabilities and suffers from a specific medical need.
