A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing disabled Norman woman.
Norman police are requesting assistance from the public in finding Ann Shi, 38. She reportedly was at her house around 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, and it is believed she walked out of the house, according to a release.
Shi was last seen around 12:50 p.m. at a business near 12th Avenue SE and Lindsey Street with an unknown man, according to the release.
She was last known wearing a light-colored sweatshirt with writing on the front, dark-colored pants and dark-colored tennis shoes, according to the release.
Shi's family believes she likely will become lost when away from home, according to the release. She also may not have the ability to request assistance when necessary or have the ability to fully care for herself.
