#MISSING: Fernando Subia, 46 - Fowler, CALIFORNIA (Missing since December 2014)

The family of a Fowler man who went missing while walking near his home in early December is offering a $7,000 reward for information leading to his whereabouts.
Fernando Subia, 46, was last seen walking in the 4100 block of East Adams Avenue, just outside the city of Fowler, on the evening of Dec. 9. He did not show up for work at Harris Ranch Beef Co. in Selma the next day, said Fresno County Sheriff Margaret Mims at a Tuesday afternoon news conference.
Mims was surrounded by Subia's family, including his wife, Elizabeth, and their four children who range in age from 6 to 13, to call for the public's help.
"We are all concerned about him," said an emotional Elizabeth Subia, who held tightly to her two youngest children and was comforted by the oldest, Fernando Jr. "It is not like him not to phone us, not to come home. So we would just pray that you guys would say something if you guys know anything. We would appreciate it."
Then she had a message for her husband: "If Fernando, you're out there, I want you to know that we love you and we all want you to come home."
Detectives have conducted interviews and worked on the case for two months, but have exhausted all leads up to this point, Mims said.
"His family is very concerned about his whereabouts and the Sheriff's Office would like to successfully find him and return him to his family," she said.
Fernando Subia is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and 150 pounds. He has a tattoo of the word "Donna" on his left hand and was last seen wearing blue jeans and a white T-shirt.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Sheriff's Office at (559) 600-3111 or Crime Stoppers at (559) 498-STOP.
