Joseph Copeland, 64, had not been seen since Feb. 6 at the Hearts and Hands rehabilitation facility, 2990 Soquel Avenue, where he last resided, Santa Cruz County sheriff Lt. Kelly Kent said. After he was located Friday, he was returned to the facility, Kent said.
