Nearly two weeks ago, Gaston County Police say 24-year-old Elmer Alexander Guzman Castillo walked away from a home in the 100 block of Riverloop Road in Belmont around 9:30 a.m. and wasn't seen or heard from again.
On Tuesday, authorities say Castillo was located safely in Texas.
