URGENT #MISSING: Tiffany Kelly, 33 - Little Elm, TEXAS (has emotional disorder and could be in grave danger - needs medications - driving a 2008 silver Pontiac G5 with TX plate CFT 6016)

A missing woman with a history of emotional disorder and could be in grave danger, police said Monday.
Tiffany Kelly of Little Elm was last seen Nov. 18 driving away from Waffle House, 204 Huffman Drive, in Euless.
Kelly has medical needs and has not taken any of her medications, said her mother, Joann Foster, on Monday.
"She has a bank card and there's been no activity on it," Foster said Monday in a telephone interview. "There's been no activity on her cell phone and it's like it has been turned off."
Surveillance cameras at the Waffle House showed Kelly walking alone in the parking lot of the restaurant and then driving away.
"I had talked to her on the phone on Nov. 16, and she sounded worried about paying her bills," Foster said.
Kelly was scheduled to drive to Oklahoma City to pick up her two sons, ages 12 and 13, but never showed up Nov. 21. The Little Elm woman has not contacted family members or friends. Kelly lives in Little Elm with her 16-year-old daughter and Foster.
"At times, she would drive to Euless and stay with friends," Foster said. "That's what she had been doing this time when she turned up missing."
Kelly is driving a 2008 silver Pontiac G5 with Texas license plate CFT 6016. Foster said that the car has substantial hail damage on the hood and trunk. Kelly was last seen wearing dark Ugg boots, blue jeans and a dark hooded jacket.
Foster said Monday that she has checked hospitals in North Texas as well as homeless shelters, but she has found no clues.
"She's a very caring person and she just wouldn't abandon her children," Foster said.
Anyone with information on the case, should call Euless police at 817-685-1531.
