The Kauai Police Department is asking for the public's help to find a missing woman.
Emily Caberto Fontanilla, 51, is a homeless woman who lived in the Kaumakani area. Fontanilla's family reported her missing when she failed to make contact with family or friends.
She was last seen in June of this year at Ninini Point.
Fontanilla is 5 feet 2 inches tall with brown hair and brown eyes. She has a tattoo on her left forearm of what appears to say "em's" and the words "Mae Ling" with a flower tattooed on her right shoulder.
Fontanilla was known to have a small brown dog with her at all times, possibly a Chihuahua.
Anyone with information on Fontanilla's whereabouts is urged to call Detective Bernard Purisima at 241-1682 or KPD Dispatch, 241-1711.
