Earthly body located; Jessica Padgett 33 - Whitehall Township, Pennsylvania

Jessica Padgett, 33, was shot and killed by her stepfather, Gregory Graf, and later buried at his Allen Township home in the 400 block of Covered Bridge Road, according to police.

Padgett, a day care worker and mother of three, left her job Nov. 21 and was never seen again.

Authorities say Graf, 53, admitted to killing Padgett. He is being held without bail in Northampton County Prison.
