URGENT #MISSING: Mary Woods, 73 - Fontana, CALIFORNIA (Diabetic - Dementia - Alzheimer's - needs medication)

Fontana police asked for the public's help Monday in locating a missing 73-year-old woman with diabetes, dementia and Alzheimer's disease.

Family members of Mary Woods say she left her home in the 8500 block of Citrus Avenue about 9 a.m. Sunday and has not returned home.

Woods was last seen wearing a black shirt and red pants.

Police said she is in need of her medication.

Anyone with more information as to her whereabouts was asked to dial (909) 350-7700.
