Police are asking for the public's help locating a Mr. John C. Walker, who was last seen in Bellingham early in the morning on Thursday, November 13th.
Walker left in his vehicle from his home on Emerald Lake Way. The vehicle was recovered at a nearby bus stop.
Police say Walker is reportedly an 'avid hiker, who used the bus service to reach hiking destinations.'
Walker is believed to be wearing a black beanie and often a green/orange vest; he may also have a forest-green backpack with him. He has blonde hair, long on the sides and balding at the top, and blue eyes.
Anyone with information on Walker's whereabouts is asked to call the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office at 360-676-6650. After-hours calls can be made to 360-676-6911.
