Located safe; Tomoka Yoshizuru 82 - Long Beach, California

LONG BEACH - An 82-year-old woman suffering from dementia and who had been reported missing Friday returned Saturday to her care facility in Long Beach.

She walked away from the facility around 11 a.m. Friday, police said.

It was not immediately known what time today Tomoka Yoshizuru returned to the facility in the 3300 block of North Magnolia Avenue, according to a police report from Long Beach. But she was "safe and unharmed," according to the department.
