CRITICAL #MISSING: Celestino "Tino" Valencia, 30 - Peoria, ARIZONA (has gone missing before - has emotional disorder - may not be able to care for himself)

Peoria police need help finding a 30-year-old man who went missing around 11:30 a.m. Saturday.

Amanda Jacinto with the Peoria Police Department says Celestino "Tino" Valencia was last seen walking in a southeast direction from his home, which is located in the 8900 block of West Charleston Avenue.

Valencia is described as 5-foot-8-inches-tall and weighing 190-pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes, Jacinto says. He left his home wearing a black and white checkered shirt with dark pants, white shoes and a black hat.

Police believe Valencia may be trying to walk to Guadalupe where he has family, Jacinto says.

Valencia has wandered away from his home before and was found in medical distress due to dehydration. He is currently on medication for mental illness and may not be able to care for himself, Jacinto says.

If you have any information about Valencia's whereabouts or if you see him, police ask that you call Peoria police at 623-773-8311.
