There's concern in a small Kentucky town over the whereabouts of a missing woman.
Norma Joe Brown, 33, was reported missing on October 2. She is from Salt Lick in Bath County.
Brown hasn't been seen in several weeks and her family is concerned. What's even more troubling, is that relatives say the man she was last seen with, is now charged with murder.
Norma Jo Brown was seen walking along a road with Kevin Howard, who is charged for a Fleming County murder.
Howard is now in the Fayette County jail because officials say he is one of two men accused of killing a Grant County teacher and college professor.
Brown's family says that Norma was friends with Howard. Now, they're concerned that she basically disappeared.
"I have been going out with my niece and seeing if we can find a body somewhere. Or seeing where she was at. We went to friends houses and everything," One of Brown's relatives said.
Relatives tell us that Brown has not picked up her latest social security check and she has not sent any text messages lately.
Brown is five foot one, has brown eyes and wears glasses. If you have any information on where she might be, please call Kentucky State Police in Morehead at 606-784-4127.
