Louisville Metro Police confirm that they have received a missing person's report on a woman who has not been seen since April.
WDRB was recently contacted by the family members of Lisa Adcock. She is described as a 5'-4" tall woman weighing 120 pounds.
She was last seen on April 3, according to a family member, who said she was reported missing at that time.
