Earthly body located; Michaela Diemer 31 - Cleveland, Ohio

CLEVELAND, Ohio – Michaela Diemer, the 31-year-old found dead Wednesday after a month-long search, spent the last days of her life living in a homeless shelter, struggling with an alcohol addiction that plagued her most of her adult life.

Her parents spoke candidly with the Northeast Ohio Media Group Friday about Diemer's long-time alcohol problems as they made final arrangements to lay their daughter to rest.

At the time of her death Diemer worked clearing trash at Progressive Field. Family members last heard from her Aug. 20 and reported her missing to police Aug. 24.
