VULNERABLE #MISSING: Victor Smith, 51 - Philadelphia, PENNSYLVANIA (has emotional disorder)

Philadelphia police are asking for the public's help in finding a emotionally disordered Strawberry Mansion man who went missing Sunday.

Police say 51-year-old Victor Smith was last seen at home in the 2400 block of North 32nd Street around 12:30 yesterday afternoon.

Smith is described as African American, with black hair and brown eyes, around 5'8", weighing 150 pounds. He was wearing black pants, a blue t-shirt, a white jacket, and a black hat.

Anyone with information on Victor Smith's whereabouts is asked to call police.
