The Clay County Sheriff's Office has issued a Silver Alert for a man who hasn't been seen since Saturday.
According to Sheriff Gerald McClung, Johnie W. Schmidt, 69, of Greenway, has been reported missing. Schmidt was last seen around 8 a.m. and was wearing a grey, long sleeve shirt. He is said to stand around 5 feet 10 inches and weighs around 180 pounds. His hair is brown, and his eyes are blue.
