The Struthers Police Department is investigating the whereabouts of a man whose family has not seen or heard from him since Thursday.
Police are asking for the public's help in identifying Ramon Kimbrough, last seen on Winona Drive in Youngstown on Thursday, Sept. 18.
Police do not know Kimbrough's current condition but say that they suspect foul play.
Kimbrough is 37 years old, 5'7" tall and weighs about 200 pounds.
