Jesse Hendley, 51, Paramore Hill Road, south of Millen, was reported missing Tuesday, said Jenkins County Sheriff Robert Oglesby.
An incident report indicates that Hendley has not been seen since Sept. 3. He left behind his cellphone and vehicle, but family reported that he took a gun. Hendley pawned the gun, Oglesby said.
Hendley stands 5 feet 11 inches, weighs 230 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. No foul play is suspected in his disappearance, he said. The incident report states that Hendley faced financial and other personal issues.
Anyone with information on any of the missing persons is asked to contact Oglesby at (478) 982-1570.
