Updated: Sunday, September 28 2014, 10:08 AM EDT Update: Ronald Leftwich has been found safe and unharmed. Baltimore City Police are looking for a missing vulnerable adult. Fifty-nine year old Ronald Leftwich was last seen Friday around 1:30 p.m. in the 800 block of Lemmon Street. He has a bald head and was wearing a red t-shirt, blue jeans, blue/grey "Air Max" Nike brand shoes when he went missing. Ronald is considered a high functioning mentally challenged individual. This means he knows his name, but does not know his address or how to get around.
