Milwaukee police said Sunday that authorities located Heather Page, 44, in Chicago.
Previously, police said Page went missing Sept. 5. She had been last seen in the 100 block of East Lincoln Avenue around 4 p.m.
Police said Page suffers from a significant cognitive delay. They said she was found safe.
