The Naugatuck Police Department had a very busy weekend. Not only did the department arrest those allegedly involved in various robberies, but officials finally found Mr. Andre Barker who, as per HamletHub and the police department, has been missing since late July.
Mr. Barker was found by police officials in West Haven. He was unharmed and described as "wandering around a plaza" in West Haven.
