Earthly body located; Devin Burch - North Platte, Nebraska

NORTH PLATTE, Neb. The Lincoln County Sheriff says they pulled the body of Devin Burch out of the NPPD canal Friday morning.

Sheriff Jerome Kramer says the Dive and Rescue team found him in the canal, on the western edge of Lincoln County.

It is believed that Burch was fishing on the Paxton Canal on the night of Sept. 15, when he possibly fell into the water.

Dive and rescue teams from all over Western Nebraska had been conducting the search.

The investigation is still ongoing.
