Unknown individual who cannot give complete
information to law enforcement regarding her identity.
She occasionally wears glasses, perhaps as a disguise.

She is currently living in Ohio, however she does not know her name.....or where she came from. Police suspect she may be from Tennessee, however she could be from anywhere. Do you know our living Jane Doe?

She has red or Auburn Hair. She is 5'6" tall and weighs around 130 lbs. She sometimes wears glass, perhaps as a disguise? Those are observations of the police, and not of ours. It is believed she is between 30 and 40 years of age.

"The Allen County Sheriff's Office needs the publics help to identify this person. She claims to be Julia Bay or Julia Bag Wadsworth. Last known area she was from is Ft.Meyers Beach,Fl. She refuses to provide any information and her fingers and palms are burnt to the point of being unfit for use for finger printing. Any help would be appreciated.
