CrimeStoppers and Honolulu police are seeking the public's assistance in locating William Vincent who was last seen Thursday, Aug. 7, at approximately 8 a.m., leaving his Kaneohe residence.
Vincent is described as emotionally distraught and has not been seen or heard from since Thursday morning.
William Vincent is 53, 6-foot-1, 230 lbs., with salt-and-pepper hair and hazel eyes. He was wearing a beige shirt and blue surf shorts.
