Kenneth Reed was last seen on August 24, 2014, around 10 p.m., in the 1700 block of Temple Street in the City of Los Angeles. Mr. Reed's facility is concerned that he has not returned or been located.
Mr. Reed is described as a 44-year-old Black male with black hair and brown eyes. He stands 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds. Mr. Reed was last seen wearing a red sweater and black pants.
