A Missing Adult Alert has been issued by the Logan County Sheriff's Office statewide.

Be on the lookout for a missing adult. On August 29, 2014 at 12:00 PM, Mr. Hammergren left his residence and has not returned.

The incident took place in Logan County, OH on Hill Top Drive in the city of Lakeview.

The adult's name is Robert Hammergren and the individual is missing. The adult is a White male, age 84, is 5'11" tall, weighs 210 lbs., has gray hair, and has brown eyes. Mr. Hammergren suffers from Diabetes and is emotionally endangered.

The vehicle involved is a red 2008 Mercury with OH plate number FIR5872.
