Circumstance: Mark’s last known whereabouts was leaving his home on foot on Tuesday, June 24th around noon. He told his girlfriend he was heading to Mt. Pleasant to get a haircut. After not being able to get a hold of Mark she checked the garage and noticed both cars were still in the garage. We have reason to believe he was mentally unstable in the days prior to his disappearance as he was acting completely out of character compared to his normal behavior. We believe the only personal items he would have with him is his wallet. It is unknown if he has his cell phone, however, it is either turned off or the battery is no longer charged as it goes direct to voice-mail. MSP had a more accurate ping which brings the location within 1000 ft. radius of the home. Home has been thoroughly searched with no sign of the phone. There has been no activity on credit card nor bank accounts.
