Police in two states are asking the public for help locating a missing 16-year-old who hasn't been seen since June 30.
Lucia is described as a white male with blond hair and blue eyes, standing 5-feet, 6-inches tall and weighing approximately 145 pounds. According to NBC affiliate WPTZ, Burlington Vt. police and the New York State Police report that Josh Lucia left home that night and at this point, may have traveled south to Pennsylvania or ended up in the Au Sable, N.Y. area, not far from Plattsburgh in the northeastern corner of the Empire State.
Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to call the Burlington Police Department at (802) 658-2700.
