#MISSING: Charles L. Smith, 79 - Shreveport, LOUISIANA

The Shreveport Police Department needs your help to find an elderly man who has been missing for nearly a month.
Back on June 27, 2014, Shreveport Police patrol officers were dispatched to a home in the 2900 block of Corbitt Street relative to a missing persons report. On officers arrival, contact was made with family members who advised, 79 year old Charles L. Smith reportedly walked away from his home there at around 1:00 p.m.
Family members reported Smith was last seen wearing a yellow shirt, blue jeans and black boots. Smith, who stands approximately six feet, five inches tall, weighing 160 pounds, suffers a medical condition requiring constant medication.
